1.As a fuel (for the cement and power industries)

Grinding petroleum coke into fine powder to be used as an alternative fuel (typically replacing coal) in cement kilns and power plant boilers.

2. Cathode Manufacturing (Aluminum Industry, Metallurgy)

Grinding petroleum coke into specific particle sizes for the production of prebaked anodes (the core consumable material in aluminum electrolysis) or graphite electrodes.

3. Chemicals and Carbon Additives

Used in the production of chemical raw materials, or as a high-quality recarburizer in the metallurgical industry (added to molten steel to increase carbon content).

Grinding Mill Machine

Working Principle

1.Feeding

The petroleum coke is crushed to a suitable particle size and then fed evenly and quantitatively into the grindingchamber by the feeder, ensuring a stable grinding process.

2.Grinding

Under centrifugal force, the grinding roller presses tightly against the grinding ring. The shovel blade throws thematerial between them. The roller revolves and rotates simultaneously, crushing the petroleum coke into finepowder by rolling compression.

3.Classifying

The airflow carries the ground powder to the classifier above. Oversized particles that do not meet the finenessrequirement fall back into the grinding chamber for regrinding, while the qualified fine powder is carried by theairflow to the next stage.

4.Collecting

The qualified fine powder is caried by the airflow into the cyclone collector, where it is captured and dischargedthrough the discharge valve as the final product. The purified air returns to the blower for recirculation.

5.Air Circulation

The system operates under negative pressure, maintaining a stable circulating air circuit. Excess air is directedthrough a bleed pipe to a small cyclone collector for purification before being discharged, thus maintaining airbalance.
