Technological Process

This set of fly ash deep processing production line is composed of ball mill, high efficiency separator, pulse precipitator, fan, conveying equipment, etc. The detailed technological flow is as follows: Fly ash is first fed into the ball mill for grinding, and then fed into the rotor of the separator by the elevator. After rotation and dispersion, it is brought into the classification area with the rising wind. After powder selection, qualified products are imported into the finished product tank, unqualified coarse materials are re-fed into the ball mill for grinding and equipped with high efficiency pulse dust collector.
